HI, I AM MAE

I am a self-taught photographer based in Southern California. I am an avid adventurer, proud wifey, taco connoisseur, and dog mom. If there is one item you can always find on me (other than my camera), it is a family-sized bottle of habanero salsa. 

I have loved photography since as far back as I can remember. Well before I picked up a professional lens, I would spend hours editing photos of moments I captured on my cell-phone. What was always just a hobby quickly turned into a passion. My passion for photography stems from people and their stories, laughter and love, beautiful spaces, nature, simplicity (but also complexity), and the perfect light.
